We had a fuel injection pump fail on a vessel at Busan anchorage and needed it sorted before the vessel sailed. I sent the details in the morning and the part went out on the launch boat the same afternoon. Not many suppliers move that fast.
The part numbers matched exactly and the certificates were all in order, so class had no questions during the survey. That saves us more time than people realise.
